Monwana Residence is an exclusive residence with personal chef and residence butler, plus private game viewing vehicle and dedicated field guide team. There is ample space with 310m² internal villa area and 210m² deck & entertainment area.

Monwana Residence has an extensive, open living area, a lounge with dining area and a fully equipped interactive kitchen. The wide deck, barbeque area, and fire deck are perfect for relaxing after a fantastic day in nature. Monwana Residence can accommodate four adults and up to two kids, with two en-suite bedrooms, each with a large open plan bathroom, outdoor shower area, and a heated plunge pool.

The Residence can be booked in conjunction with an adjacent suite at Monwana Lodge should guests want to book additional rooms.

Monwana Residence is part of Monwana Lodge. The Residence is situated in a 13,000 hectare private concession west of the Kruger National Park (Greater Kruger) within the Thornybush Reserve. In 2017 the fence between Thornybush and Timbavati was removed so animals move freely between the two reserves.

The Residence is located approximately 35 minutes from Hoedspruit Airport, which offers direct flights to Johannesburg and Capetown.

With elephant, lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, giraffe and much, much more, the Greater Kruger Area offers excellent game viewing possibilities. Guests get to discover the area and track animals together with highly qualified guides.

The Residence offers day and night game drives and individual bushwalking tours. Improve your fitness levels at the gym & spa located at the main lodge.
