The 148 Hotel (One Forty Eight Hotel) is a green oasis in bustling Nairobi. The small, pleasant boutique hotel radiates a personal touch and the trendy style is underlined with numerous original works of art on the walls.

The main house with three guest rooms forms the heart of the hotel, one of the rooms also has a gallery where three children can be accommodated. In the second building, called Artist's Studio, there are two studios and three two-storey apartments with lounge on the ground floor and bedroom on the gallery.

The 148 hotel is located 50 minutes drive from Kenyatta International Airport and 30 minutes from Wilson Local Airport. The hotel is located in a green area adjacent to the "Giraffe Center" and in the vicinity of the "Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage". The Nairobi National Park is also close by and you occasionally hear lion and hyena calls from the east wind.

Parrots, peacocks, monkeys and warthogs roam freely through the gardens surrounding the hotel.
