The starting points of the balloon safaris are located at Seronera, Central Serengeti (all year) and seasonally in the southern, western and northern Serengeti, following the movements of the Great Migration. Balloon Safaris are also available at Singita Grumeti Reserve, however on private basis only which makes the experience considerably more expensive. Flights start very early at dawn and take about one hour.

The balloon floats in the direction of the wind and lands somewhere in the bush where a champagne breakfast will be served.
