Londolozi Game Reserve
Sabi Sand, Kruger

Londolozi, one of the oldest safari companies in Africa, was established way back in 1926 by the great grandfathers of the Varty and Taylor families and is currently run by their 4th and 5th generation descendants. The 14'000 hectare Londolozi Private Reserve (Zulu word for protector of all living things) is situated on the banks of the Sand River, in the heart of Sabi Sand Reserve within the Greater Kruger NP. A total of five camps are located in Londolozi.

All Londolozi camps are committed to luxurious accommodation, fine cuisine and exceptional service, but vary in price. Pioneer Camp and Tree Camp, as well as Granite Suites, are accorded Relais & Chateaux status.

Varty and Founders Camp are both slightly larger and therefore less exclusive and are perfect for families (children over 6 welcome) and smaller groups. Founders Camp honors past guests, patrons and staff who have contributed to building Londolozi. Varty Camp reflects the owners' almost 100-year love affair with their land and emphasizes on family and heritage.
