Walking Safaris
Walking safaris means walking in the bush. An armed ranger leads you on foot through the bush and offers information on flora and fauna, with of course a strong emphasis on animal tracks. There are camps that offer walking safaris in addition to other activities, and there are other areas where vehicles are completely dispensed with and foot is the only means of travel. Zambia is particularly famous for its walking safaris.
